Our chefs include Culinary Director at The Little Nell Matthew Zubrod, Michelin Star Chef Gabriel Kruther, Executive Chef and Owner of Quince Michael Tusk, and Executive Chef Krista Garcia at Hotel Wailea. Immerse yourself in extraordinary culinary and wine experiences throughout the week, featuring elegant and casual meals from world-class chefs, wine selections and service from expert sommeliers, and a mountaintop party. As an added benefit, Culinary Fest participants receive 40% off accommodations at The Little Nell. Last year’s event sold out, so we recommend you reserve your place early.

Tuesday, August 30 

6 - 8 pm - Kick-off Culinary Fest with a Welcome Reception in The Wine Bar. Meet and greet with our lineup of Relais & Châteaux chefs, and enjoy passed champagne, wine and hors d'oeuvres. 

Wednesday, August 31

7 - 10:30 am  - Enjoy the Element 47 breakfast buffet at your leisure, along with a bloody mary and mimosa bar.

12 pm - Spend your afternoon at Element 47 indulging in four-course wine-paired lunch.

6 - 9:30 pm - Ride the gondola to the top of Aspen Mountain for a party at The Sundeck. Enjoy food stations from each Relais & Châteaux chef, along with drinks and live music. (à la carte tickets available for this event only) 

Thursday, September 1

 7 - 10:30 am - Start the day at Element 47 breakfast buffet at your leisure, along with a bloody mary and mimosa bar. 

12 pm - Spend your afternoon at Ajax Tavern indulging in four-course wine-paired lunch.

7 pm - Gala dinner at Element 47 featuring an eight-course tasting menu and paired wines. 

Friday, September 2 

7 - 10:30 am - Say farewell at Element 47 breakfast buffet at your leisure, along with a bloody mary and mimosa bar.
