This summer will be like no other! Join us as we celebrate 30 years of The Snowmass Free Concert Series. This long standing summer tradition and local favorite returns to Fanny Hill every Thursday evening, June 16-August 25. This may be the best way to enjoy some of the country’s best live bands in a relaxed atmosphere with a spectacular mountain backdrop.

For this special 30th Anniversary Season, Snowmass is thrilled to debut a new concert stage roof, crusher fine pathways, a dance floor, new entry complete with flowers and new Snowmass logo, electric dandelions and shipping container bars!

Time: Doors open at 5:30pm – come grab that perfect spot, music begins at 6:30pm 

No Pets: Dogs have very acute hearing and the loud noise can actually be harmful to your pet. In compliance with ADA Guidelines, service animals are permitted inside the venue and must remain with their owners. This does NOT include emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy dogs. 

Drinks are sold on site, including water and alcoholic beverages. While outside alcohol is not permitted, sealed, non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (no glass, please!).  Feel free to bring your empty water bottle, we have a water filling station available inside the venue!

No outside alcohol is permitted. There is a staffed bar inside the venue where you can purchase alcoholic beverages (all canned items…beer, wine, & cocktails).  Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by someone 21 years old or older.  Proper ID will be required and checked to receive a wristband before purchasing alcohol.  Alcohol may NOT leave the concert venue.

What to bring: We suggest a picnic blanket or low chairs to sit on, and a jacket or sweater for after the sun goes down. Maybe an umbrella or jacket for any inclement weather. Many SNowmass restaurants in Base Village and The Mall offer take out for the perfect concert dinner picnic. Arriving early? Check out the patios at Stew Pot, Venga Venga or Ranger Station on The Mall or Base Village, Limelight and mix6 in Base Village for drinks and apps while you wait for your squad.

Where to go: Concerts are held on the Fanny Hill Concert Stage at the end of the Snowmass Mall. Free parking is available at Town Park Station and the Brush Creek Intercept Lot, with free shuttles to the Snowmass Mall and Base Village. Additional options include, RFTA bus service from Aspen and the Intercept Lot, or the free Village Shuttle service throughout Snowmass. It is best to get off at the Snowmass Mall stop.

If you are driving, the Base Village Parking Garage offer free (limited) parking during the summer months. From the garage, you can ride the free Sky Cab Gondola (known as the Skittles) from Base Village to the Snowmass Mall.
