We are thrilled to welcome back Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten for a culinary collaboration with Element 47 on Thursday, March 16. Savvy businessman and restaurateur, Jean-Georges is accredited for the operation and success of 60 restaurants worldwide and has been awarded four stars by the New York Times plus two Michelin stars.
Enjoy a five-course dinner presenting carefully curated dishes blending French, American, and Asian influences for $195++ per person and an optional wine pairing for $150++. Reservations are available between 6 - 10 pm.

- Steamed black sea bass with wild & foraged mushrooms, spiced infusion, and finger limes

- Charred duck breast with kanzuri emulsion, strawberry consommé, and white asparagus
