Join Aspen Art Museum and Aspen Shakti in a collaboration that explores intentionality, movement, and breath as art.

Aspen Shakti founder Jayne Gottlieb will lead participants through a 50-minute yogic movement experience inspired by The Hero’s Journey to embody life more artfully lived.

The class will culminate with a sound bath and meditation to integrate. This experience is designed for all levels and ages. This is a BYOM (bring your own mat) event.
